I still remember walking into a new year already exhausted.
Externally, I appeared faithful and capable. I served. I led. I showed up consistently. However, internally, my soul felt frayed and thin. While I knew how to tend to everyone else’s spiritual life, my own spirit quietly ran on fumes.
Eventually, I had to face the truth: I could not keep pouring from an empty place.
That realization marked a turning point.
Instead of demanding more from me, God gently invited me to slow down. He called me to listen more deeply. Most importantly, He asked me to rebuild my life around His rhythms, not everyone else’s expectations.
As a result, healing began. Not all at once, but steadily and faithfully.
Why Rhythms of Repair Was Created
Out of that season, Rhythms of Repair: A New Year Workshop Intensive was born.
This workshop exists because many women enter a new year already depleted. Although they love God deeply, they often feel pulled in a thousand directions. Consequently, rest feels distant, and renewal feels postponed.
Yet God never intended for your spiritual life to operate on exhaustion.
That’s why, on January 3rd, we are creating a sacred, spacious day designed to help you begin the year from a place of rest rather than rush.
Who This Day Is For
This gathering is intentionally created for:
- Women who long for deeper connection with God, yet feel stretched thin
- Women who faithfully serve others, but rarely receive space to be restored
- Women who desire to start 2026 grounded in rest, clarity, and spiritual attentiveness
In other words, if you feel tired (but still hopeful) this space was created with you in mind.
What You Can Expect
During our time together at the Ruth Williams Opera House in San Francisco, you will experience guided stillness, spiritual reflection, and intentional rhythms that help you reconnect with God’s presence.
Rather than pushing harder, you’ll practice slowing down. Instead of striving, you’ll learn how to receive. And through it all, you’ll rediscover how God restores the weary soul with gentleness and care.
An Invitation From My Heart
If this resonates with you, I would be deeply honored to have you in the room.
